The Inspower Agency and ourBRIDGE for KIDS are proud to partner to create an intentional, welcoming space for community, movement, rest, and restoration.
Each Sunday, experience accessible practices such as Gentle Flow, Yin, Restorative Yoga, and Yoga Nidra, led by a rotating community of teachers who bring their own unique styles and gifts.
No experience needed. No perfect poses. Just come as you are.
Bring your own mat or borrow one of ours. Mats and props are available to support your practice.
Space is limited, so please reserve your spot in advance.

Coffee Lover, Plant Mama, Nature Frolicker, and self-proclaimed Peaceful Warrior — that’s Niambi in a nutshell. You’ll often find her on a greenway, walking barefoot in the grass, or near the water. She believes in fighting for what she’s passionate about while remembering that love and peace are powerful tools.

She sees yoga as a pathway to self-care, self-love, and self-awareness, with a particular love for Deep Stretch and the way breath invites the body to soften and expand.
